celtic sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste (can also use our seasoned salt blend)
Place coconut oil and water in pan, once oil is melted add cabbage and mix well. Sprinkle ginger on top, cover with lid about 7 min until has softened. Stir again, can add a little more water if need be, don't want cabbage to burn. Cook a few more minutes then add onion cook until softened and gets iridescent. Add garlic and brown sugar, saute for another minute. Turn off heat sprinkle with cayenne pepper and salt.
