This amazing medicinal has become quite popular over the years. Mostly know for its benefits with stress, anxiety, athletic performance and heart health. It has also been said to help with fertility especially with men. After the growing season is complete we harvest, wash and dry the roots for consumption. Feel free to grind them into a powder and add to your coffee, tea, smoothies or even capsules.
